We recommend you carry some form of health insurance to cover for unexpected and major healthcare expenses. First Coast Medicare is the only insurance that is billed at Rethink Health. Federal guidelines do not allow us to charge a membership fee for Medicare eligible patients. If Medicare is your primary, then we bill it on your behalf.

Unlimited visits, same day and next day appointments for acute issues, extended visits, enhanced access to your provider via email, text or phone are all included when you're a patient at our office. We also offer comprehensive annual physicals, minor procedures in office, well woman exams, chronic disease management, sports physicals, well child physicals and much more.
