Rates & Insurance

We accept many different insurance plans. Each individual insurance plan may vary in coverage and with the ever changing health insurance market we strongly encourage you to consult with your specific plan to determine what your coverage will be. Due to being out of network with Anthem, we cannot accept Anthem primary with Ohio Medicaid secondary.
Employment
Report
Evening hours available. This is a great opportunity to supplement your income or work part time in an established office with the support of other professionals. We service all ages and can accommodate multiple specialties and treatment approaches. This is an independent position with professional autonomy and room for growth.
