Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours. Living healthy during these unprecedented times means quick adaptation, implementation and diligence on a level we haven't seen in recent history. Here at North Coast we took each of these categories with the utmost seriousness. Adapting rapidly meant closing our offices to the public earlier than mandated, instating strict CDC guidelines, buying high tech sanitation equipment and making sure our staff had all the PPE they needed to stay safe.

I lived her for a year and half and it was a wonderful community. However, now upon moveout I feel I have been scammed. I left my autopayment on so that I could pay the last months utilities. When the payment was pulled it also took a whole extra months rent. The front office has admitted this is a mistake but will not give me my money back until the end of the month. They have stolen $1600 and refuse to give it back until it is convenient for them.

Living here has been a great experience so far! One of the managers, Peter, has always been wonderful in answering any questions I had promptly, and with kindness. It really makes a difference to have personable management. Apartments have a very modern feel. I'm loving the personal patio, high ceilings, wood plank flooring, washer/dryer and natural light. Very pet friendly as well! Thankful to have a nice place for both our kitties. I'm a bus rider as well, so it's very convenient having the bus station close by.

My partner, dog and I lived at Broadway Place for a year as I was pursuing a degree at U of O. Several perks were the location being very central to Eugene, the complex being dog friendly and a very modern feel to the apartment. It lived up to all expectations. Peter and Gabriel, the apartment managers, were also very responsive and kind during our time there. I would recommend to others considering.

We helped our daughter get an apartment at Broadway Place 6 months ago. We live clear across the country so finding a place that felt safe was number one. We just returned from a visit and are beyond thrilled with everything Broadway Place offers her. It’s beautiful, impeccably maintained, and feels 100% safe and secure. We are so happy for her!! Thank you to the management team who clearly takes pride in their property!

Would give 10 stars if I could to the staff, specifically Peter the assistant manager and Bill the maintenance manager. My move in/out process was so calm and simple, any issues I had within the unit was addressed and fixed immediately. And best of all they are a pet friendly location and went above and beyond giving dog treats and getting to know my furry companion. Yummy bakeries and cafe's within walking distance was such a treat!

I highly recommend Broadway Place Apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in Eugene. It's located downtown so there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's just down the street from the Eugene station, making it easy to get around if you don't have a car. The office staff and maintenance crew are incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any issues that came up. The unit I lived in had lots of natural lighting and came with like-new appliances (including washer/dryer) so that was a bonus. I'm so glad I found this place!

Broadway place apartments is by far the best place I’ve EVER lived! I recently moved from LA to Eugene and began my apartment search. When looking for an apartment my number one priority was safety. As a single woman in my 20’s living on my own for the first time I wanted to make sure I found a place where I felt comfortable and secure at night. Broadway place apartments checked that box. The apartment complex has multiple gated entrances that require a pin code for access. I lived here for two years and it was one of the best rentals I'd ever had! The management is top notch and super helpful and responsive. The maintenance is second to none. The apartments are clean inside and out and the renters are really friendly. The rooftop terrace makes you feel like you are not even in downtown! Definitely pet friendly as well. Would recommend anyone to rent here.

Very lovely community, all very friendly. The residents, the managers of the company, and even the handymen. Very safe and the apartment complex itself is beautiful. There is a small foundation and pond, and the complexes are very nicely painted with trees and lovely gardens. However, because it is downtown, there will inevitably be lot of street noise so be prepared for that if you choose to live here.
