Mallard Properties, a locally owned and operated company in Eugene Oregon, was founded in 1993. As University of Oregon Alumni and supporters, we appreciate the challenge faced by students to find suitable off campus housing. While the U of O has modest housing options for under classmen, the demand for student housing for upper classmen and graduate students grew difficult to find.

Becoming a Mallard is a lot like becoming a DUCK! New friends and new places bring along new responsibilities and great opportunities. Mallard Properties is dedicated to helping these young Mallard's learn some of the next steps in the process of becoming independent. The majority of our residents are full-time students and may not have previous rental history, substantial credit history, or adequate income.
Vacation & Safety

If weather conditions warrant, keep your heat at 60° F; this will help keep any pipes from freezing. Also know, as a courtesy, IF we see an emergency has occurred, we will take care of it and contact you immediately. It might be a good idea to contact the Post Office and request a hold on your mail until you return, also do the same for newspapers, etc.
