City Wine Market

We're a "bottle shop, " which means we hand-select every bottle we stock. We figure our customers want to drink bad, boring beverages about as much as we want to sell them. So if something is on the shelf, it's because we think it's worthy of your attention--whatever the beverage, whatever the style, whatever the price.

Among them, the wines must accurately reflect the grape(s) from which they're made; they must possess balance and focus, both hallmarks of good wine making; and they must remain true to their place of origin. Wines from family-owned wineries are favored and small-production wines are always given preference.

Enjoying a great bottle of wine while lounging on your deck or communing with friends and family over the dinner table. For this reason, in 2018, we launched our wine and food immersion program called Wine Flights. Our goal: to take small groups (usually around 20ppl) of enthusiasts abroad to dive headfirst into the wine, food, and culture of some of the world's great wine regions.

City Wine Market's weekly tastings are casual, come-as-you-are, and always free of charge (excluding classes). While occasionally we will showcase a specific winery, winemaker or importer, our tastings usually feature three to four wines hand-picked by staff. Discovering your next favorite wine is just a tasting away.

We are proud to offer an ever-changing selection of around 500 different bottlings, sourced from noteworthy wineries and wine regions around the world, and ranging in price from under $12 to over $1200.
