Our mission is to provide top quality math education and SAT test prep to the Boston area community. Our main objective is to fill the gaps between different levels of requirements in middle school, high school, and college. First School of Mathematics is an after-school and weekend enrichment program providing comprehensive math and science education for 1-12 students.
Our classes and tutoring prepare students to excel in math at school, get top scores on standardized tests (SAT-I and SAT-II) and be ready for college math and science courses. We help students develop a solid understanding of key concepts, gain practical problem-solving skills, enhance their capacity for independent learning, and master the SATs.

Who we are

At First School of Mathematics we take a well established and successful approach to education in mathematics and science. Designed as an after school and weekend enrichment program, FSM offers comprehensive tutoring to students of 1 through 12th grades. Our students take advanced level math classes in public and private schools, successfully pass SAT tests, and enroll in the top Colleges and Universities in the USA and abroad.
Teachers

Dr. Lisyanoy has published more than 30 research papers. He has more than 25 years of teaching experience at various schools and Universities in Ukraine and in the US, and has extensive experience in developing math curricula for schools and Universities. First School of Mathematics employs professional teachers of the highest qualifications.
School Year Courses
Report
This course is offered once a week in one and a half hour session for the 1st grade and two hour session for the 2nd grade. The course is designed to help the youngest students to develop the basic arithmetic and analytical skills. The main emphasis is on word problems, logical reasoning, and measurements.

First School of Mathematics provides effective math and science tutoring to students in the Boston area, Massachusetts. We provide math and sciences tutoring for all ages and all levels of 1 through 12 and college courses. An FSM tutor is your personal teacher and assistant who works with you individually.
Fees and Enrollment
Report
All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis for all new and returning students. Application will be processed when the application form and the application fee are received. Once application process is complete, confirmation of registration notice will be mailed within 2 weeks.
