I was so grateful to have Rachels help in finding a nanny for my girls. She really took the time to figure out what my needs were and who would be a good fit for us. She was extremely responsive, always made sure to follow through and was much more professional than any other online agency that Ive used in the past. I was worried it would be hard to find the right person and she assured me she could make it happen and she absolutely did. I am SO beyond happy with the nanny we have and the kids love her, too! We reached out to Rachel to help us find a nanny after COVID hit and our school closed. She was wonderful to work with! They were super swamped because everyone was in the same situation, and they were still able to accommodate our needs and match us with a wonderful nanny.
