With its velvety texture and creamy flavor this unfiltered sake offers a crisp and vibrant presence. Bright and lean in the mouth, the impact is chewy with sweet rice flavors intermingling with the nutty and slightly fruity characteristics of the sake. Yuzu is a prized Japanese citrus fruit that has the sweet and tart flavors of mandarin orange, Meyer lemon and Key lime.
