Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Las Vegas. For many years, he worked as a chef at JW Marriott Hotel, Caesar Palace, Cosmopolitan Hotel, and Top of The World restaurant at Stratosphere Hotel Casino & Resort. He brings his Culinary experience gained from traveling all over the world to create our global fusion menu.

Inspired by Latin, Asian, Western and European cuisines. Graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. He incorporates his knowledge from the culinary field to create high end cocktails, selections on wines and beers to pair with our menu.

At Aperitivo, frequently innovating and creating new cocktail specials for your enjoyment. Our trained bartenders, like our chefs, are classically trained. Our lead bartender, Tyler, graduated from Auguste Escoffier in Boulder Colorado and uses his skills to create bitters, alcohol infusions, syrups, and cocktails.
