Erin Ayres-a native of Coronado-has spent the last ten years teaching and studying the finer points of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. She brings a mastery of the popular forms of yoga on the market today mixed with her unmatched skill for the art of sequencing; a talent which is further enhanced by the fact that she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
