We envision Soul Movement as a brave and fun space where people can connect with one another and grow mind, body and soul together. Clothes you can move easily in. If you are new to yoga we have mats and props you can borrow while you decide if this is for you. Once you decide to join us, cause I know that once you start you will love it, you can purchase your own mat if you want to. Class packages are usually good for 6 months, but because we understand that life happens your unused classes can be rolled over with the purchase of a new package.
