Back East Brewing

Back East Brewing Company is a Craft brewery and tap room located in Bloomfield, CT. Although originally from Connecticut, Edward began to home-brew while living in San Diego during the 1990s. He eventually moved "Back East" to Connecticut in 2001, with the dream of someday opening a Craft brewery.

For this beer, we took one of our favorites and doubled the scoops. Double Scoop will be everything you love about Ice Cream Man IPA, doubled into a citrusy perfection. Once, twice, and now. THRICE. Ice Cream Man's final evolution, this IPA is a triple threat: stronger than ever and packed to the brim with tropical and citrus notes.

Our beer is distributed through Hartford Distributors in the following Connecticut counties: Hartford, Tolland, Windham, Middlesex, New London, and Litchfield. In New Haven and Fairfield counties, Back East is distributed by G&G Beverage Distributors. In Hampshire, Worcester & Hampden counties in Massachusetts, Back East is distributed by Quality Beverage.
