Born and raised in Wethersfield, CT, John and his wife Ilona (from Plainville), established The Cove Deli in April of 2010 on Main Street in Old Wethersfield. In 2017, we moved locations and are now on the Silas Deane Hwy. John's culinary background began in his own parents' kitchen, working with his family, creating foods from the Polish tradition as well as our more recognizable American fare.
