As we pivot to new ways to safely practice together and connect with our community, we have updated our studio protocols. Please read carefully by visiting here. If you do not follow studio protocols you will be asked to leave. Currently, we are only allowing fully vaccinated students to attend our in-studio classes for the health and safety of everyone at the studio.

As a local native, Diana grew up in Arlington and has been living in Montgomery County for the last 20 years.

Check out our tips & insights for what to expect during your time at the yoga studio, and get all of your questions answered! Avoid eating heavy meals 2-3 hours before class time, but eat something light such as a piece of fruit or a banana (full of potassium). This will give you energy for class, preparing you to sweat.
