The owner of this company is an obsessive micromanager who assigns unnecessary busy work that interferes with the security guard effectively performing his primary duties in the field, which are to observe and report criminal activity, and choose a course of action. Instead he has his officers taking pictures of every store front in the mall, and pasting rote observations from an script of prefabricated security cliches . The property is too big to effectively patrol without a seqway or bike, which are not provided. In addition the owner issues faded uniforms for which the officer is to pay $190
