Our security guards are California-licensed security officers. They all have a valid BSIS (Bureau of Security and Investigate Services) guard card and have passed our own background check on top of the BSIS background check. All our employees are interviewed by the CEO, Johnny. He wants to know who works for his company and who represents Mint Security Inc.
