Raul at Bay Alarm is the best!!!!!! I was searching far and wide for an alarm company to secure my bike shop. I wasn't satisfied with any of the companies until we met Raul. He came in and knocked out of the park for us. Quick turn around and he is always there for any questions. Highly recommended

We inherited Bay when they bought our alarm company (which had acquired our previous security firm), and they've been reliable for years. They're also consistently responsive, friendly, and always seem eager to help. But... certain things seem challenging, perhaps because upgrading an existing system introduces configuration problems that new installations avoid. Our original analog system is 30 years old and, when replacements were no longer available, we had to go digital. That required programming to replicate our settings and... that didn't go so well.
