We take YOUR Pilates workout personally! What drew you to Pilates? Injury almost 20years ago! I was unable to workout due to a nasty skiing accident - ACL reconstruction needed. Pilates saved me from going crazy & I recovered from several injuries over the years feeling stronger & more balanced. Curiosity led me to taking teacher training to learn more for my own fitness.

Families, Friends, Work Colleagues and Special Events of all shapes, sizes & abilities can be accommodated with some snacks & drinks to follow your class! Cancelation Required at least 12 hours before regular class 24-hrs before private appointments.
