Mountain View Vineyard is a family-owned and operated winery, brewery, and distillery nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Founded in 2009 by Linda and Randy Rice, our journey began with a passion for viticulture sparked during a visit to New York's Finger Lakes region. Over two decades, we've cultivated a 100-acre vineyard producing award-winning wines, craft beers, and premium spirits using sustainable practices that honor the natural beauty of our surroundings.Our mission combines eco-conscious farming with creating memorable guest experiences, from wine flights to private events in our scenic bistro and outdoor spaces. Explore our 100-acre vineyard through guided tours showcasing Pennsylvania's only combined winery, brewery, and distillery. Learn about sustainable viticulture practices while sampling estate-grown wines aged in French oak barrels. Our educational experiences include behind-the-scenes access to production areas and seasonal harvest activities.
Craft Beer Tasting
Sample flagship and seasonal brews from our 7.5-barrel brewery featuring fresh grain milling on-site. Enjoy $12 flights of four 0.5oz pours including IPAs, lagers, and specialty beers. Available in-house for pints or to-go in growlers, our craft beers showcase unique hop profiles and local ingredient collaborations.
Spirits Distillery
Experience small-batch spirit creation using natural ingredients in our on-site distillery. Try award-winning moonshine flavors like Apple Pie 'Shine and fruit-infused varieties. Our distillery also produces bourbon whiskey aged with local maple syrup and honey, plus handcrafted cocktails featuring our signature Randy's Brandy.
Bistro Dining
Savor farm-to-table cuisine at our indoor bistro or covered porch seating with vineyard views. Co-Owner & Vintner
Co-founder with over 20 years of viticulture experience, Linda leads wine production and guest experiences at Mountain View Vineyard. She personally guides tours and tastings, sharing her passion for sustainable winemaking practices that minimize chemical intervention while maximizing flavor profiles.
Randy Rice
Co-Owner & Distiller
Co-founder and master distiller Randy Rice brings technical expertise to our spirits production. He developed the award-winning Randy's Brandy and oversees barrel-aging processes for both wines and spirits. His innovation drives new product development including seasonal maple and honey bourbon infusions.

What are your current operating hours?
We're open Sunday-Friday 11am-6pm and Saturday 11am-9pm. Outdoor seating remains available during regular hours even when indoor service ends.
Do I need reservations for dining?
Reservations are required for indoor bistro and covered porch seating. Outdoor uncovered seating is available first-come, first-served without reservations.
What wine, beer, and spirits do you offer?
We produce over 20 wines from dry to sweet varieties, 7 flagship beers including IPAs and lagers, and 6 premium spirits like our Apple Pie 'Shine and Randy's Brandy.
Can I host private events at your venue?
Yes! Our venue accommodates weddings, corporate events, and private parties up to 200 guests with customizable packages including exclusive space rentals and catering options.
Are tours available for visitors?
Guided vineyard tours are available seasonally, including production facility access. All guests must sign Pennsylvania's Agritourism Activity Protection Act waiver before tour participation.
What food options are available?
Our bistro offers wood-fired pizzas, gourmet grilled items, charcuterie boards, and seasonal specials. Outdoor grill service operates weekends with limited menu options.

November 23, 2021- We did a 2 night get away in the Pocono's and were lucky enough that had searched for a winery to visit and got to spend the afternoon at the Mountain View Vineyard, Winery, Brewery & Distillery! Service... A+ from the time we walked in the door. Not a big crowd being a Tuesday, but I am sure the service that Casey and David gave us (from Ohio) is the same they give everyone that comes. We had great conversation and you would of thought we had known them for years. We had a wine flight, beer flight, and a couple cocktails...AMAZING! The views were so pretty, we will make plans

Had a great afternoon enjoying the fall colors. David our server was helpful answered all our questions, gave us a history of the winery. He was attentive checking in on us often. He also helped us secure for purchase some of the jam we had on charcuterie board. We had a good visit. Music was fun.

We were visiting the area and went to Mountain View vineyard
It was very nice. The flights were good. Our server David was very nice and helpful. He took time to talk with us. We enjoyed our visit. The grounds were beautiful!

Pretty fall scenery and many amenities such as patio & fire pit. David was our server-he was friendly, engaged, helpful. The craft cocktails we had were good and food was excellent (crab dip, bbq chicken flat bread and charcuterie board)

Kayla was an awesome server. Gave us great attention inside and out on the patio. The winery is a great place for a day trip. Will def return for the variety of beers, wine, and spirits

Our server David was absolutely phenomenal , he was kind, informative and recommended a lot of great items and drinks on the menu. He joked around with us and was an absolute pleasure from the start of service all the way to the end. Absolutely amazing service and vineyard/brewery and bistro. 13/10 would gladly go again. Thank you again David for making our witch themed bachelorette party one to remember :)
