This area along with our grass areas are all first come, first serve with walk up bars available on the weekend to purchase our crafted wines, brews and spirits with an occasional food truck.
Our outdoor bar now has wine by the glass & bottle along with limited beers, a full cocktail menu, and all tastings/flights. Everyone said we were crazy when we gave up our jobs (teaching and pharmaceutical sales) to open a winery. They were right in a way, because we are crazy about what we do. We decided to try it on our own here in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. So, we planted six varieties of grapes on our driveway's split rail fence.

It has always been our mission to create the greatest experience for our guests by providing them with the finest products possible made with the least amount of chemical intervention in the vineyard, winemaking, and brewing process. Our goal is to leave our farm in better condition than when we bought it.

When we started making wine for our friends and family more than ten years ago, it was a hobby just for fun. Over the years, we have honed our skills on the farm and in the wine-making area. Sometimes we have to pinch ourselves when we realize our little hobby has grown into a major passion and a thriving business.

At first, this English style brew provides a biscuity, nutty flavor with subtle hints of caramel. With the addition of nugget hops, those malty flavors are balanced out by the perfect amount of bitterness and a low hop aroma. This English style ale is truly refined and distinguished, just like Sir William of Goatington.
