
Our small group training sessions are a great way to experience the attention of a personal training but in a group setting. No more than 7 members per session with a main focus on toning and fat burning. Use the cardio deck, power racks sleds, turf, tires, ropes, dumbbells and more at your own disposal.
Train with the coaches when they train, follow a work out of the day on the board or do you own thing in our designated open gym time spots. Enjoy a video recorded DEMO to follow the workout of the day OR use the facility to train however you'd like!. But Motivators and their amazing members, helped me realize I can become anything I want there.
