Wow. An amazing experience. The waitresses are real nice and sweet, I ordered the home sweet home omelet and it was amazing. Well priced and big portions, their house made salsa was also very delicious. I would definitely come back to try other things

My wife and I had a late breakfast at Home Sweet Home restaurant in Escondido. We split a Western omelette. The plate came with hash browns and an English muffin. I added a blueberry muffin. The meal was tasty and filling. The staff was friendly and prices are reasonable. Very popular restaurant with limited parking. We parked down the street. It was worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved it. Reminds me of back home southern diner food. Best spot we've found in Escondido for breakfast. Very friendly staff! We'll be back

The service was excellent. There was allot of parking this time around. We have tried to go here 3 other times and could not find parking. We got sat almost right away. My wife got asked for coffee refills 2-4 times. I also got asked to refill my ice tea. Everyone had a smile and was very pleasant. My huavos rancheros we're excellent. My wife and I ordered the half order of the biscuits and gravy. My only criticism would be the gravy needs to slightly hotter temperature and the sausage need to be a tiny bit spicy.
