The food was OK but I found it ridiculous when I placed an order through DoorDash and called to make sure everything was gluten-free and asked for butter on the side while I had them on the phone. The girl on the phone legitimately wanted me to CANCEL MY ENTIRE ORDER and enter it again so I could pay for the butter because she couldnt alter it on her end through DoorDash. Seriously, you want people to cancel their entire order and lose their place in line for delivery to pay for condiments? What has happened to customer service?? I just moved here and Ill never order from this place again

Ocean Cafe is a small little Cafe that has breakfast and lunch items, plus lots of healthy drinks, shakes and smootheis. The staff here is really friendly, pricing is good on the food but a little much on the beverages, and they have a few seats inside and outside. Parking here can get tough since the parking lot is quite small but there's plenty of street parking around. Croissant breakfast sandwiches are where it's at here for sure.

Another day, another aa bowl! This time we checked out Ocean Cafe. It was actually recommended by a friend that used to live in the area and told us that it was super legit and that they were probably the best aa bowl place in San Diego. We wanted to see what he was talking about! Obviously we got aa bowls, but there were so many other things on the menu that seemed amazing like their sandwiches, and their shakes and smoothies! Now onto the aa bowls themselves... FANTASTIC! Every component was super fresh, and it amazed me on how fresh, and "real" the aa was! Even the fruit
