We are currently roasting all of our production roasts on a Loring S35 located at the California Roasting Collective in San Marcos California. A hipster, industrial space with a garage door, free Wi-Fi, and a highly curated, artisanal approach to coffee-that's the essence of this coffee shop, which would be just as at home in Brooklyn as it is in Encinitas.
The space is small, but it has its own roastery, and the baristas are highly knowledgeable about all things coffee. One of my favorite ways to tell if a coffee shop is good, is by the taste of their espresso! I loved my random stop by here! Amazing iced Americano and cool vibe. The place is super airey and light.

That's why we travel to the source where coffee grows and discover these stories ourselves. Theres something special about being able to walk through the trees and pick the fruits and meet the farmers that grow these coffees.

Either our flaghip encinitas shop, or at the comforts of your own home, we have you covered. Shop our UNIQ collection to taste some unique and rare flavors from Ethiopia, Guatemala, or Indonesia.
