Downright bad business practices. I have had 2 kids enrolled here - in group and semi private lessons. Many things to be aware of
1. Instructors change from session to session. New instructor who comes in has no clue what the kids learnt in the previous lessons. The kids simply end up repeating the same stuff over and over again.
2. If you enroll you kid in two lessons or more per week, they will again get different instructors for both lessons - with each instructor moving at their own pace and not communicating
3. We were encouraged to enroll our kid for a higher lesson for the next swim season

I agree from another review. Extremely rude manager and admin. Very inconsistent teacher. 5 weeks with 5 different teacher to teach my child. The admin was very rude and walked away from the conversation. Very bad management. No follow up for any missed class. They don't have any openings for free play. I will lose my missed class without any make up. Teacher were new to teach. Don't recommend this school.

Excellent swimming experience for little beginners (2 and above). Both my kids learned swimming when they were 2yrs old. Instructors help kids get used to being in water and learn basic strokes. From intermediate to advance, swimmers do laps extensively. And with shallow pool (about 4 ft), kids develop stamina and strength for long distance swimming.

This is the worst experiences I ever have in my life!!! They asked my kid sits in the water for long time and teach very little swim!!! I talked to their manager. The manager is very rude. Be careful, no refund or makeup session, even if you missed their class because of them! My kid cried a lot when he back home. If you want you kids to lose passion of swimming, look no further.
Also, the swim pool is very crowded, they have several classes at the same time, there is not enough space for kids to learn swimming. They change the teachers/coach for the same classes. No continuous practice/teach

I had my child go here and she was 12 years old and then a man that works there maybe a manager like, laughed at her because she did not know how to swim. I mean isn't it normal, besides since she does not know how to swim but isn't she here to learn how to swim. This is the most terrible place to come if you do not want to be criticized especially by an employee.

I sent my young child 5-6 year old to group lessons here. We did not have a good experience since the teachers changed literally very class. Each teacher used the same approach and could not tailor according to the child's needs. My child did not like going to the pool. Since then we have changed the swim school and send him to Abilities United where he learnt to like swimming and is doing very well.

This was my daughter's first ever swim school (started at 3). We could not continue there due to scheduling conflicts. We really like Flying Fish. My daughter took private lessons there for a year. She made great progress while there. She had two teachers while there and both were awesome. The facility is well organized. The pool is clean and warm. It does get busy at times and I think they can do a better job separating different classes from another. For us, since she was doing private, her teacher usually took her to another area in the pool where it was too crazy busy. Our main issue with
