We have many options to practice together either in-studio or livestream - check out our hybrid class cards that give you the most flexibility. We are continuing to offer outdoor yoga classes on Saturdays at Rices Market. If you would like to practice without your mask on, we will request a 1 time proof of vaccination.

Please bring a copy of your vaccination card to the studio or email a picture of it to us ahead of time HERE. See details HERE. DIG Yoga is a community-oriented yoga studio located in historic Lambertville, New Jersey. Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny opened DIG in 2010 with two important goals in mind: providing excellence in yoga education, and creating a sanctuary for community to gather and grow.

About
Report
Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny opened DIG Lambertville in 2010 with two important goals in mind: providing excellence in yoga education, and creating a sanctuary for community to gather and grow. DIG's roots are grounded in their 25 years of experience teaching strong, alignment-based hatha yoga, along with the richness of a life-affirming Tantric philosophy.
Memberships
Report
Our return to in-studio classes has been carefully considered to prioritize the wellness of our community. It is not a decision that we have taken lightly. To do this, we leaned greatly on the expertise/knowledge of professionals in our DIG family. We have reconfigured our space for social distancing, freedom of movement and air flow that exceeds CDC recommendations.
The Schedule
Report
Rices Market is seasonal outdoor market in New Hope featuring antique, jewelry & clothing vendors, plus fresh fruit & pies. Dig Yoga will be offering a 9:30am yoga class on the far side of the market (away from vendors) in a more secluded grassy lawn facing a wall of bamboo. Please bring a blanket and a yoga mat (and whatever other props you need).
Corporate Yoga
Report
The benefits of yoga are innumerable, and bringing these into the workplace have very real effects. The University of Michigan Research Center found that for every $1 invested in workplace wellness, a company can expect a $3 return in cost savings or benefits.

At DIG, we are working to change lives through yoga, and believe that adding a bit of asana (physical practice) and pranayama (breathing techniques) into one's work day can be transformational. Our teachers are highly trained, experienced, and RYT certified. Our teachers will work directly with your company to tailor a program according to your staff's needs.
Prenatal Yoga
Report
Prenatal yoga increases strength and flexibility to alleviate common prenatal ailments, all while helping a woman prepare her body for labor and birth. Yoga also encourages a woman to connect with her pregnancy and her baby's growth as a journey into motherhood. Through this journey, a woman can learn to trust herself, and her connection with the Universe, ultimately feeling more deeply connected with her baby.
