The Valley Om is home to some of the finest yoga teachers and bodyworkers in the Lehigh Valley!.

Our mission is to provide good, wholesome yoga and bodywork to you as it best supports your needs, goals, and lifestyle. How do we define "good, wholesome yoga"? With an overall focus on alignment based hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, we maintain and apply a current sense of functional, anatomical knowledge with reverence to the ancient practice of yoga and it's philosophical tenets.

Our goal was for YOU, our guests of the studio to dedicate a month to YOU and your yoga practice. We never said this would be easy and we have never said you need to do this in its' entirety.

This weekly in studio offering has been curated for beginners. A slower paced class focused on the basics and fundamentals, where you learn about your body and how poses are best suited to YOU. Build a connection to your breath and movement for greater confidence to step into other studio classes. Our team at The Valley Om are professional, well educated, courteous, respectful and above else - super friendly!.
The 108

108 has long been considered an auspicious number with many meanings, one of which is signifying the wholeness of existence. Take the journey through yourself to yourSelf by embarking on 108 yoga classes. 108 is also the total number of mantras, prayers, beads, points of meditation traditionally creating a mala.
Massage & Bodywork
Report
Each massage session will consist of a blend of various techniques including but not limited to Deep Muscle Massage Therapy, Orthopedic Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, appropriate joint mobility, and Trager Approach. Massage cupping, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Gua Sha may also be incorporated. Upon your arrival, you can expect to discuss your goals with Susan Amato, LMT, to ensure the session best suits your needs.

Start with the classes named simply "Yoga". These classes are open to all levels of experience and cater to those wanting to focus on fundamentals of a yoga asana (posture) practice as the pace is somewhat slower and the transitions from one posture to another are more simplified. You will learn how to utilize props and choose the proper variations of postures to suit your needs and goals.
