Sweat Studio
Sweat Studio offers a variety of group fitness classes such as TRX, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Dance. Our studio is heated to ensure a good SWEAT to maximize your calorie and fat burn while you are strengthening your muscles. Each class is designed to be high energy, accompanied with up-beat music to motivate you through your workout and we promise you will never leave a class without your muscles being challenged.

Our goal for each and every class is to burn fat, sculpt, strengthen, lengthen, improve flexibility in our heat, and improve balance. We believe in the power of a good sweat, come sweat with us. This Pilates based class takes it to the next level challenging and focusing on each muscle group for a total body burnout.

Before Class
Report
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. Once the class has begun, you are at risk of your mat being released. We provide a mat and towel for each client but please bring your grip socks. Grip socks are required for all the classes for safety and sanitary reasons, if you don't have them we sell them in the studio.
