Services
Anxiety Therapy
Our anxiety therapy combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with experiential activities to address persistent worry and physical tension. Therapists help clients understand anxiety roots while building coping skills through structured sessions that typically show improvement within weeks. This approach integrates mind-body techniques to create lasting confidence and reduce symptoms effectively.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on improving communication patterns and rebuilding trust through evidence-based interventions. Our therapists help partners develop deeper intimacy by addressing specific relationship dynamics and teaching conflict resolution strategies. Sessions create safe spaces for open dialogue while fostering mutual understanding and connection between partners.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy uses bilateral stimulation to help process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact. This evidence-based approach helps clients reprocess distressing experiences through structured protocols that typically show significant improvement in 6-12 sessions. Therapists guide clients through memory reprocessing while developing new adaptive associations.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides peer support through structured sessions focused on specific issues like men's recovery or women's personal growth. Facilitated by experienced therapists, these groups create safe environments for sharing experiences while learning from others facing similar challenges. Sessions incorporate both educational components and interpersonal skill-building exercises.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Specialized therapy for children and teens addresses academic stress, social challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. Our therapists use age-appropriate techniques including play therapy to help young clients develop coping skills and self-worth. Parent guidance components help families navigate behavioral issues and improve communication patterns at home.

Jan 28, 2022 Report
Found the counselor to be condescending, not empathetic at all and was not able to connect. They continued to bill my credit card after I stopped going because they accidentally had entered my credit card info on another patients file. After contacting them, they realized the error and were supposed to submit refund but 10 days later still waiting. Poor experience.

I applied for a job there as a therapist. During the Zoom interview I interacted with both Dina Hijazi and Daniel Gowan. Immediately Daniel told me it was picture day so the interview would be very short ( it lasted less then ten minutes) the pressure to have a "quicky" interview was palpable. Also besides being mildly rude it suggested a degree of disorganization. Both of these characteristics gave me some pause. Then I spoke mainly with Hijazi who questioned me like a police officer questioning a potential perp. She asked me why I have moved to different work places implying that

Dan's family of origin workshop can be life-changing and will certainly be a life-enhancing experience for its participants. It is a super-charged, powerful and very challenging weekend I would recommend for anyone struggling with relationship and family issues, or even just for someone who considers themself "healthy" but wants to know themselves better and improve what's already going well. The workshop should be required for anyone intending to have children!

I worked with Dr. Hijazi over a period of 8 or 10 months. She helped me figure out how I wanted to show up at home and my wife and I both appreciate her work with me.
