This modal can help demystify couples' conflict and communication difficulties, supporting couples to listen and reach for each other in ways that create greater closeness and deepen connection. It is our intention that this workshop will lead to change on a practical level, helping couples learn to create lasting love.

There is nothing straightforward about dealing with family. We love them and at times we think we hate them, but they are family. Family Counseling is a time to come together with your counselor and your family members to work through the challenges you are facing with one another. Healthy communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills are taught and modeled within these sessions.
