The Klein family opened the countries first mattress store on the CT/NY line in 1949. Before the discount mattress store was born, mattresses had to be purchased through traditional furniture companies.
When Fred and Shirley opened their first Kleinsleep mattress store in Norwalk, Connecticut in 1970, their goal was to build a successful business by offering exceptional service, quality and the absolute best value on mattresses in the Tri-State area (CT, NY, NJ).The Klein's have accomplished their goal, and their son Jeff now operates the Norwalk and Stamford mattress destinations.
