So my wife purchased a washer and dryer. First they told her they would have to make 2 delivery trips because dryer was not in stock. They showed up on the delivery date with both. When the 2 "delivery men" came, if you want to call them delivery men... they got out of the truck, walked to where the machines were to be installed and told my wife the machines would not fit through the door and that she would need to swap them for smaller ones. They did not even try to attempt. They didn't even take the machines out of the truck. I told my wife to make them leave the machines at our home. They took

All I can say about this place is they are life savers! Specifically Steve! Went to Home Depot/Best Buy to look for a range as ours just broke on us and they werent able to give us one till the middle of January and Im a big time cook who needs a Stove especially with Christmas right around the corner. Steve made it happen that I will have the range I wanted by next week! Im amazed I want to scream from the rooftops of how happy I am. And now I will get all my appliances from this place. Thank you so much again guys! Cant say enough good things about this place

Today, we received our Convection Oven from Appliance Sales Plus. We wanted to thank Kevin our sales rep who I called because he walked me through all my questions and the entire process. When greeted by the delivery guys, both Nick and Phil were awesome. They had to take off my house door to get the oven inside and they even reminded me to check all of my old oven's compartments as I had a ton of pans in them. I really appreciated how quick Nick and Phil were in delivering the oven and taking the old one out. They were very professional and kind. I really appreciate this kind of service and I

Purchased four kitchen appliances. Steve was very helpful selecting products. Prices were very competitive. Wait time was very reasonable compared to other stores. Delivery, however, was awful. Refrigerator and microwave were easily installed. Admittedly, removing old dishwasher was more problematic. After listening to many complaints from installer about how difficult it would be to remove and how physically painful it was for him, it was not removed. We were told it would have to be cut out or require special tools that they dont have. Amazingly, it took my son-in-law 7 minutes with a wtench
