I had been suffering for years, waking up every day with a wrecked body and muscle spasms, thinking it was me. Turns out it was my mattress. The salespeople at Long's helped me find just the right bed. Now I wake up every morning feeling great and not having to restore my body to some baseline minimum state. I was in dire need of a mattress on my first day of moving to Manhattan. The staff at Long's not only sat on the phone with me and talked through every type of mattress and comfort level, but also ensured that I would have the mattress to sleep on that very night! The delivery men walked it down the street and up the stairs within 20 minutes of my frantic phone call! I will definitely be shopping here for my next one.

I bought a sofa bed from Long's April 2019, had to have it repaired within the first 3 wks, then had another problem, now a bar that supports the sofa has broken & now the company & the manufacturer Rowe Furniture expect me to pay $550 for transportation & labor. This sofa bed has been a lemon since day 1 & was not cheap over $2,000. The owner 's daughter is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, as she finally told me throw the couch out & get a new one. I would advise do not use this company & now I know why it was empty last week when I there.

He understands selecting a new mattress is a long-term investment important to our health (and relationship). Patient and very supportive of making an informed decision. No sales pressure. Patient with customers. Large showroom. Longs made delivery of our mattress and box spring easy and efficient. Our sleep has improved!

These are the best beds and nicest owners ever! Theres a reason that they have been in business since 1911. Now the next generation is there. What a pleasure to deal with such a lovely warm family business! They really know there beds. Wonderful selection and product.
