The Pilates Studio Utah is a Pilates studio located in Heber City, Utah. We strive to provide an authentic Pilates experience through fully certified teachers who are dedicated to teaching with a systematic and classical approach to training. We believe in teaching based off of the core principals of Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
Our teachers strive to provide their students with a holistic experience including nutrition and lifestyle encouragement to ensure their goals are met. During each drive and bend of the knees, golfers put themselves at risk of overusing specific muscles. One solution to this challenge is alternating Pilates exercise along with your Golfing.

The Pilates Studio Utah offers a unique Pilates experience through our small class sizes, having a focus on locals, and flexible, custom scheduling options. We are a classical pilates studio which follows an organized system. Our certified teachers get to know their students individually and cater class to fit their needs.

During studio hours (8:00am-7:45pm Monday-Saturday) you can book private sessions, classes, and duos. We work to best suit your needs. Please book ahead for your lessons by emailing pilatesstudioutah@gmail.com or call for availability of classes. Reserved spot for reformer classes and privates have a 24 hour cancellation policy or there will be a charge.
