I am a certified Personal Training Specialist and Fitness Trainer based out of Salt Lake County, Utah. I work with clients of all different genders, body types, and ages. In addition, I do online coaching-expanding my reach globally. I have been involved in fitness ever since I was a child.
Over the years, I went on to compete as a collegiate athlete at Weber State University as an an all-American outside linebacker, where I was later scouted by the NFL.My life's mission and passion is to inspire, motivate, and be a catalyst of betterment in the lives of others.

I have never had someone kick my butt as good as Obi! He is an awesome trainer and I know that he will help me reach my ultimate goal for myself. He truly cares about his clients and is always available for any questions you may have and will find a solution for you. Totally, totally recommend this guy.
