Services
Private Pilates Sessions
Personalized Pilates sessions begin with comprehensive postural assessments to identify muscular imbalances and movement inefficiencies. Our certified instructors develop customized programs using specialized equipment to improve alignment, strength, and neuromuscular coordination. These sessions provide foundational training for group classes while addressing specific injury recovery or performance goals through targeted movement patterns.
Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes incorporate Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, and functional movement equipment in dynamic formats like Athletic Conditioning and TRX training. Each session challenges participants with varied exercises that enhance core strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness while maintaining proper biomechanics. Classes accommodate different skill levels through instructor-guided modifications and progressive intensity options.
Injury Management Programs
Specialized injury management combines postural analysis with fascial mobility techniques and neuromuscular retraining to restore pain-free movement. Our evidence-based approach addresses muscular imbalances through targeted Pilates exercises and functional movement patterns. Programs focus on improving joint stability, reducing inflammation, and rebuilding strength through controlled, progressive loading strategies.
Performance Workshops
Workshops focus on optimizing athletic performance through integrated movement strategies that enhance coordination, power output, and injury resilience. Participants learn functional applications of Pilates principles combined with sensory system training and fascial network optimization techniques. Each workshop provides actionable tools for improving movement efficiency in both personal practice and professional athletic contexts.
Postural Assessment
Our postural assessments evaluate skeletal alignment and muscular balance using advanced biomechanical analysis techniques. This diagnostic process identifies movement compensations that contribute to pain or inefficiency, forming the basis for corrective exercise programs. Assessments guide personalized training interventions that improve kinetic chain function and prevent movement-related injuries through targeted Pilates applications.

I feel really lucky I found this studio. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The instructors are great, and the classes are challenging but not intimidating. They have an awesome introductory deal too.

This was my first class and Sara was great! She made sure I was safe and I had correct positions. After class she took me on a tour of the studio. She was very welcoming and a fantastic instructor!

Unprofessional. Unable to communicate within 24 hours. I registered for STOTT training and repeatedly needed to ask for information that was not given in time. Day before the training the schedule that was emailed to me was incorrect and enough of a difference that I could not switch four days of classes and clients to accommodate this. I own my own massage therapy practice and would deem this all very unprofessional. The only saving grace is they refunded my payment. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the first review I have ever written. I feel so strongly and passionately about this studio and the team there, that I want anyone out there looking for a Pilates studio to know that this is the one to go to. I had been interested in Pilates for quite some time, but not sure where to even start. Years of working at a desk on computers had caught up to me and the amount of pain I felt in my arm and wrist pushed me to take the fist step. I was hoping that Pilates would not only give me a workout, but help to relieve some of the pain that years of neglect, injuries, and poor posture had created
