Services
Pregnancy Testing
Our lab-grade pregnancy tests detect hCG hormone levels with 99% accuracy. We offer immediate in-center testing followed by ultrasound confirmation when needed. All tests are administered by registered nurses with same-day results available.
Limited Ultrasounds
We perform transabdominal ultrasounds to confirm intrauterine pregnancy viability and gestational age. These exams determine if pregnancy is progressing normally and provide critical information for medical decision-making regarding abortion procedures.
Abortion Pill Reversal
For women who regret taking mifepristone, we offer progesterone therapy within 72 hours. This FDA-approved protocol may sustain pregnancies after chemical abortion initiation. Emergency consultations available during business hours.
STI Testing & Treatment
We test for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and other common STIs through non-invasive urine and swab tests. Positive results receive immediate treatment with antibiotics or specialist referrals. All services maintain strict confidentiality.
Parenting Classes
Our First Steps program includes four two-hour classes covering labor, delivery, infant care, and parenting skills. Participants receive free baby supplies valued at $450 upon completion, including diapers, clothing, and feeding essentials.

I've no doubt they've been helpful to women who have already decided to carry their pregnancies to term. But, if you are considering your perfectly legal, understandable, and safe right to terminate your pregnancy, steer clear and get your information from a real, unbiased doctor. Your right to bodily autonomy includes deciding whether you want to continue existing in the very serious and body/life changing medical condition that is pregnancy.
Re: your response,
lol, your organization sued the state to try and avoid providing accurate information about abortion. Seriously, just go to Planned

I found out I was pregnant here with my son, they were not pushy with whatever decision I wanted to make. They were very informative, and held free parenting classes I was able to attend once a week for a month and at the end they gave everyone who attended a goody basket. The basket included things like diapers, wipes, shampoo and body wash(for baby), clothes, bottles, etc. they even give big items for mothers in need definitely suggest going here for pregnancy tests, sti tests, etc. they can even do an ultrasound in office there for free.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have 4 children and have gone here every time to get my proof of pregnancy and ultra sound completely free. They are kind, loving and love the Lord. I wish Planned Parenthoods would all close and be replaced with Mosaic.

Mosaic is an amazing alternative to Planned Parenthood. Wish there were more places with this model. Thank you for all you do for your community and for women.
