Services
Immunizations
We provide comprehensive immunization services following AAP and CDC guidelines. Our vaccine program protects against common childhood diseases through scheduled well-child visits and catch-up appointments. All vaccines are administered by trained professionals with proper documentation and parental education about potential side effects and benefits.
Well Child Exams
Our preventive care visits monitor growth and development from infancy through adolescence. These appointments include physical exams, developmental screenings, nutrition guidance, and age-appropriate health education. We follow AAP Bright Futures guidelines to ensure comprehensive monitoring of all aspects of your child's health and wellness.
Sick Visits
We offer same-day appointments for acute illnesses and injuries. Our diagnostic services include in-office testing for strep, flu, RSV, mono, UTIs, and anemia. Treatment plans address common childhood illnesses like ear infections, respiratory conditions, and minor injuries with evidence-based medical care.
Virtual Visits
Our telemedicine platform enables remote consultations for non-emergency medical concerns. Patients can connect with providers through secure video visits for follow-ups, minor illness assessments, and medication management. Virtual appointments require prior scheduling through our office.
Mental Health Services
We provide screening, evaluation, and management of common mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. We LOVE Dr Lorts, but I am seriously considering switching practices. The front desk NEVER answers the phone. The past two visits I have sat outside for 15-20 minutes with sick kids waiting for them to answer my messages. They act like we are late for our appointments, when in reality we are early and just waiting on them to answer their phone. They wont let us come inside to check in because of COVID symptoms, which is understandable, but answer your phone or send the text messages like youre suppose to. So frustrating!

I have enjoyed all the providers. They all have very different personalities which maybe is a reason people are thrown off. There are many ways people can present as kind, caring, and present. I have always appreciated their care because it is solid, knowledgeable, and evidence-based. We mainly see Allison and Dr. Satterly, and I trust them. They know the kids very well (and me...) and engage them each time in a good way. I have littles and teens and the approach is to the child which is how it should be. As my kids are teens now, they have started addressing them about more sensitive topics and

Weve loved this practice and all the physicians and practitioners who have helped both of our kids for over 5 years. I hope we never have to change locations! I highly recommend this practice. Very caring, compassionate and down to earth people who have helped us through many situations.

We switched pediatric offices after several disappointing appointments. I was referred to Dr. Young and yet to be disappointed. From the very first appointment, the doctors took the time to get to know my daughter and her needs (severe allergies, eczema and asthma). They listened to my concerns instead of brushing them off as the former office did. In 2019, when I knew my daughter was sick, the previous office told me she was fine. We had a follow up with Dr. Young and discovered she had mono. It's so nice to know that the doctors in this office care about my child and strive to get her the best
