I work at a place where their vending machines are located. The same young man comes each week he seems very thorough, constantly taking out and giving us the expired product, and has a positive attitude. Any problems that happen with the machine he addresses them and fixes it in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied with this company.

I recently was out in Sac town and used a "hello goodness" vending machine with this company's logo on it and i received a cold starbucks drink that the top had already been popped on. Upon attempting to purchase another the machine would not read my wife's debit card the second time. Not sure how this company runs their quality control and maintenance of their equipment, but just be aware.

This was seriously the worst vending machine Ive used. Not once but TWICE, I bought outdated product. Being in the food industry myself, this is just completely unacceptable.
Im assuming they keep overstock and dont want to purchase new product to save money. In turn, that burns us! Not cool.
