They have natural Medical Herbs prescribed by a Chinese Herbalist Doctor.
My body had acquired an immune disease causing my body to swell up and difficult in my ability to walk or stand. My whole body felt like I was a pufferfish.
But, with herbal treatment my swelling has come down, but I much say it wasn't with just one treatment.
An alternative to prescription drugs.

Not fully inventorying. But full line of Chinese herbs. The owners act as we are thieves. The chop board was like $$5 something with a sticker. I was surprised its that cheap. She thought we switched the stickers and went to check. The rest of them has the same sticker. You don't feel welcomed in this store. :(

I was in search of dried sliced hawthorn berries for tea when I stepped into Khan Hing Tong. The only employee I saw was a man sitting behind the counter fixated on his iPad. I said good morning to him in Chinese & handed him a small piece of paper with the name of what I was looking for in English. He stood there in a daze & slightly shook his head.
For heavens sake, here he has an iPad & common sense tells me he could have typed up the words I had written on the piece of paper & Googled it. I guarantee photos of the item of interest & Chinese characters would tell him exactly

Bad customer service , people are rude and over charge on items, I have seen mouse running around and roaches on the herbs. That's gross I'm definitely not going back there for sure and calling on them to report them. Please beware what your buy there, I wouldn't trust to shop there at all !!!!!! Yuck

Come here for your herbal teas!....They have a wide selection.... I'm just recently getting off the pain relieving opiates and were needing some alternatives to help with the withdrawal symptoms that my cranial receptors have been giving me...well here I have it!...skullcaps, camomille, and passion flower, all packed inside one simple tea bag punch!...So where else are yall gonna find such treasures???...p.s. Drink enuff of this stuff and you'll feel quite relaxed! Althoe not recommended for pregnant women....Have a great night y'all! :)

This was the place that introduced me to Traditional Chinese Medicine. I was going through a difficult time after the death of a relative and a new move for work reasons a few years ago. I drove down the avenue and came across what looked like Chinatown. That is when I saw this herbal store and communicated with the staff. It was real sweet of them to give me a free consultation with herbs and the Chinese clay pot at a reasonable price (~$50).
Whatever they prescribed me looked like motor oil, tasted like epsom salt and smelled just as bad. At this point I began to feel like I got myself in too

If you want Chinese herbs, this is the place to go! I just wanted to get some natural herbs for general health and beauty treatments, and my friend wanted something to sooth her allergies. I was impressed to find a whole wall of jars and drawers full of herbs! There is an actual doctor on hand who will give you a consultation (which is good because most people would have no idea what herbs are for what ailments) he was so nice and helpful and didn't even charge us the normal $10 consulting fee. I asked for something that would clear my skin and they measured me out a packet of herbs to boil

Before the deluge of SF Supermarket and etc., there was this place and Vinh Phat. Oh and also Wing Wa and Welco. Hehehe.
Ok what I'm getting to is that this place is traditional in that if you don't want to take western synthetic medications to lower that blood pressure, ask the herbalist what he or she recommends and they will direct you towards what you should buy.
This joint is highly aromatic in that my kid covered his mouth and nose with his hand because the odor was too much.
I'll never forget this one dried fungus, it looked like a male anatomy part. I asked the Chinese lady

Another ancient shop alot of people remembered as kids. I hated the smell of the chinese herbs and the dried weird looking creatures that were in barrels sold in bulk. I never understood why my mom & dad come to buy lil fold up packages of dried stuff that stinks up the house when boiled to make medicine. This store is sells Chinese Herbs and other random groceries including live seafood, local growned greens, meats, and canned goods. I havent been here for a while but am pretty sure it consist of the same people and same items.. updated. Beware of the strong scent of odd smelling stuff for

This place is interestingly between two larger Asian grocer stores.. which makes it surprisingly strange to still see this please; however, not surprising due to the fact that they sell a lot of Chinese medicine.
My parents and I used to come here all the time for medicine and what not. To my understanding, this place has a very good selection of herbs and what not. Parking here is tight and small, be careful. If you are looking for more, this isn't the place to go. Some things are cheap, but not significantly. I believe they also have a Chinese Medical Practitioner in the back which is interesting
