I have been a patient of Champlain Spine and Pain for over 8 years now. I can't tell you the number of times in the last 3-4 years they have forgotten to send my script refills in. The biggest thing I have had an issue with is ensuring they call your scripts in on time and god forbid you need a script on a Friday when you run out over the weekend! I have been left high and dry so many times and not for a lack of trying. I call and get told it will be called in before 5PM and call and check in to get the same garbage response again to then be left after 5PM with no script called in and no one

I've been going here for years. The staff is nice. They've been dropping the ball with patient care a lot over the past few months. Care notes are not taken properly. They referred me for a spinal cord stimulator and we went over how it was working at each visit. When I needed a battery replacement to charge myself it took well over a month to get the response from them for the prescription. Only to have the company deny the request due to no doctor notes mentioning the stimulator. I had to make an appointment to have notes updated and the order was voided for Champlain spine and pains

Absolutely love Brian he always listens to what I say and even the things I dont say. Brian is all around amazing! The 3 stars is because since starting with them in 2015 the last year they constantly mess up my meds and a few times just never bothered sending my scripts in! If it wasnt for Brian Id already be gone!
