I have never had a more positive experience in a medical setting. Every single person that I have encountered has provided me with phenomenal care and been so kind. I am so thankful they accept my health insurance (United Healthcare Community Plan- Medicaid). I am primarily seeing Linda Johnston and she is so friendly and patient, answering all of my questions and discussing my concerns with compassion. She even gave me a big book to read, not just some silly pamphlet, but an actual book, "Your Pregnancy and Childbirth: Month to Month" which has been so helpful and full of information. I already

I'm going to give them a 5stars bc when I was pregnant I was a very high risk and the doctors an nurses were very helpful and nice and with their help i had a c-section and had a healthy little boy..... thank you all so much

I love Linda Johnston, been seeing her since I was 13 years old. This review has nothing to do with any of the doctors I have seen there, only to do with the lack of support this place provides. There are many times I have to wait months to get an appointment and usually I dont care because its just a yearly. But my IUD is due to be taken out in August and I might not even be able to be seen in September. They called me on a Friday at 5pm when they were closed to tell me to schedule an appt. The soonest I could call was the following Friday and they already booked all of August out. May need

I called to make an appointment this morning as a new patient, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I called cvph obgyn instead had a way better experience over the phone with them.

The person that picked up my call (receptionist) was extremely rude! I have never met the staff here and I am sure they are wonderful health care providers but it was a very bad first impression because I was extremely shocked at how rude the receptionist was.

I just had to balance out some of these poor reviews with a good one. I've been a patient here for 11 years, my son was born with one of the now-retired doctors. I have only had great experiences here. I just called for my annual appointment and again was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone has bad days, and there is no excuse to be rude in a customer service environment, but I can honestly say this is one of the best doctor's offices I've ever used.

Nurses were disrespectful and belittling. They did not take time to answer questions and threatened me to not be seen if I didn't show up 15 minutes prior to my appt. When I did show up 15 minutes early I waited an hour before being seen. When calling to be sure an over the counter medication was ok to take while pregnant they basically told me to look it up. Not impressed at all.
