I had my first appt with this clinic today and saw Dr. Hunter. Everyone in the office was timely and friendly. He came in, was very knowledgeable, was able to quell some of my concerns and confirm others and came up with a good game plan for going forward to try to eliminate the foot/ankle problems Ive been having. Specifically, Im having some posterior tibial tendon issues, so if you think youve got that, or arch concerns, then I would highly recommend this office just based off of my limited experience today. Dr. Hunter seemed very knowledgeable and capable and I was very pleased with

We love this doctor, and his staff! absolute sweet people, and very professional.. the doctor is great and has treated myself, my son, and my husband for the last 10 years.. but they are usually busy and that may cause slightly longer then usual wait times, but trust me some things are worth the wait, great time to read a little. This is where we have our orthodic incerts maid, and that has made a big difference in the health of our family.. and they offer a wide veriety of orthodic and diabetic shoes and sandals...

Just wanted to leave a review for Dr. Richmond & his staff in Petoskey. The service I have experienced has been excellent. I have dealt with gout issues in my feet which is now being resolved along with some other problems.
Dr. Richmond and the staff have always been able to see me within a couple days or less and helped resolve any issues almost immediately. They are pleasant & caring people. They are located in an older building with some noises from time to time (maybe moving an x-ray machine or just a chair across the floor). But it has never been annoying enough to bother myself anyway.

Showed up to my appointment at 1:50, sat in the waiting room till 2:20, then sat in the client room for another 15 minutes until the nurse came in. Then waited another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in, he spoke to me for less than 2 minutes then left the room again for another 20 minutes...then got x-rays and had to wait another 20-25 minutes before he came back! Very unprofessional!!!! Didnt explain anything that was going on and it sounded like they were doing construction in the room next door.
