WORST AIRBNB I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Even though I came in to have an MRI done. Staff was excellent. Techs were super patient and professional during the routine procedure. Had to travel from Petoskey to get MRI done. The nap I tried to take during it didnt happen due to the machine being loud as expected. Highly recommend this hospital.

Struggling with retinal issues and had flashing lights in my eye. I was told to seek ER care for this. I was told they couldn't help me because they don't have the proper equipment. At least they didn't charge me... I'm feeling sorry for anyone with a retinal issue in the area though. They were very nice about it but it is an emergency. You could lose vision in your eye permanently.

A little rediculous that a chemo patient has to sit in a tiny ER lobby with 3 covid patients for two and a half hours waiting to be seen. One tested positive...I understand that covid is serious but every time I go there covid is all they care about. Please focus on other people who are sick too.

I sat and waited in the walk-in clinic for almost 2 hours and finally gave up. After watching a couple of patients go ahead of me, I asked if there was anyway to get an idea of how much longer it would take. I received a snippy "as long as it takes" in response. I work in emergency services, I understand the need for patience, and I was trying to be careful of my own tone, but after waiting as long as i had, I decided to try .
