Dealership has got 2 Dept. 1 mechanic and the other is customer service. Customer service tells how long it would take for me. And it was shorter time than it took. mechanic tells customer service to tell customers what's wrong and what they recommend.

Totally disappointed, I was suppose to test drive the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander which I scheduled a week earlier thru the sales manager via email. But when day comes for the test drive, they dont have the car anymore cause its already sold out. I was so disappointed cause they didn't even email me about canceling the test drive. I just go there for nothing. And the agent who entertain us seem like he's not interested on selling this car. No explaination, No apology, No nothing...
