I have been driving cars since 1957, mostly new I have been driving cars since 1957, mostly new ones. I have not owned a used car since 1964 when I graduated college. Recently I decided to replace my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. I decided it was time to break my two cardinal rules of cars - never buy a used car or a black one. I started my research online by visiting many dealers' websites as well as national online car wholesalers. I was shocked at the prices and disappointed with availability. The staff at all the dealerships we visited were polite, friendly and helpful. The sales people for each product were knowledgeable. As with all car salespeople get every promise in writing. But if they make a commitment of future help from service then renege contact the dealerships general manger

We've bought several cars from West Hills and never had an issue. However, we bought a car and the financing dept falsely represented an add on called Xpel. We were told it would cover any dings to the front end of our car. We had a rock chip and was told since it chipped the paint it wasn't a covered incident. Why would you ever get rock chip protection if it's not covered because it damaged the paint???? We highly discourage anyone from purchasing their Xpel protection. It is not what they represent and is a waste of money.

Very pleased with Heartland Toyota's service personnel. Turned out the final bill was 10% of the potential on our 12 year old Prius. That's one happy vehicle.
