He holds a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College. Previously, he was the Managing VP of Digital at Capital One, where he led the bank's technology transformation to mobile.

The Shift Concierge will evaluate your vehicle and, if applicable, make adjustments to the initial offer based on condition. If you approve the finalized offer, we'll set up a direct transfer to your bank account (your bank usually deposits the funds in 3-7 business days).

We track millions of data points on past and current prices for similar cars to ensure our prices are fair. We'll process all necessary paperwork, including DMV forms, title, transfer, and registration.

We're capturing customer demand and connecting that data with internal systems. Customers expect to be able to book appointments for a time and place that is convenient for them. At Shift we're starting to build systems that automatically match our capacity to predicted customer demand so that we have the right amount of agents working at the right time and customers find the appointments they are looking for.
