Report
I took 10 mat classes & 1 reformer over a few summer mos. It was my first time w/ pilates; as an avid yoga participant who had always been active & strong physically, the goal was to find a studio that would continue attention to form & function. In my search, I found their website & ensuing communications (i.e. email/phone/first pilates appointment w/ assessment) to be professional, experienced, & detailed. Read their bios, they're on their website: https://www.renewpilates.com/#story They pay attention to form for function, are attentive to attendees, vary their instruction
