I believe it takes courage to seek help. It can be hard to admit feeling anxious, depressed, or simply lost and disconnected from your best Self, making little progress toward your preferred life. Reaching out is the first step on the path of exploration for new perspectives and solutions, new skills and knowledge, to create a more satisfying, productive, and meaningful life.
I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, California. During my training at Southern California Counseling Center (SCCC) I counseled individual adults, teens, and children as well as couples and families. My group work includes co-facilitating the process group for SCCC's Counselor Certification Program and the weekly Teen Violence Prevention Group.

About Me
Report
As a therapist, my intention is to hold a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can move away from what no longer serves them and towards their preferred life, relationships, and way of being in the world. After attending Pacifica Graduate Institute, I began seeing clients in 2010 and became a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in 2013.
Therapy
Report
I see therapy as a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can move away from what no longer serves them and towards their preferred life, relationships, and way of being in the world. I believe every person - and the shift they'd like to make - is unique, and I employ various methods and processes according to the needs and goals presented.
Individual
Report
Never be afraid to fall apart because it is an opportunity to rebuild yourself the way you wish you had been all along. Therapy can be a process of getting to the heart of your dilemma by identifying the beliefs and patterns that keep you boxed-in and cut-off from the larger, more satisfying life you're yearning for.
Love & Money
Report
It is our interpretation of money, our interaction with it, where the real mischief is and where we find the real opportunity for self-discovery and personal transformation. Talking about how we spend and save money - for the kid's college, vacations, estate planning & retirement, inheritance - anything to do with finances - often activates anxiety.
Tapping
Report
Simply put, tapping is an energy-based psychotherapy that uses tapping techniques in combination with talk therapy to access the body's energy system and optimize emotional health and well-being. Tapping is very easy to learn so you can apply what you learn in sessions and use it as needed in daily life.
