About Us

The owner of Custom Awards, Brian, has an extensive background in public safety. Beginning in 1981, he worked as a police officer with the NYPD for five years before transferring to the Amityville Village Police in 1985 where he retired as Sergeant 27 years later. He also served as Assistant Chief of the Amityville Fire Department from 1990 to 1996 and Chief of Department from 1996 to 1998.
